Regulation on the Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Official Gazette No. 32055	Turkey’s Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 2023: The purpose of this regulation is to prevent the formation of WEEE, to collect WEEE separately and determine the methods and targets of preparation, recycling and recovery for re-use, to establish the management system, to determine a framework for the implementation of expanded producer responsibility for manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment. Regulation in force since February 1, 2023 and repealing the previous Regulation on the Control of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Official Gazette No. 28300).
Summary Report on Domestic EEE/WEEE Inventory	TUBISAD Compliance Scheme, 2021: The organisation conducts a survey each year titled "Domestic Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and WEEE", feeding data into the biannual TUBISAD Domestic EEE/WEEE Inventory Report. The research is unique given the fact that no similar study was performed before to define the amount of EEE in use and WEEE kept in households in Turkey.
